Refund & Returns Policy

At Get To The Point LLC, we want every customer to be satisfied with their purchase. Please read our refund and returns policy carefully before placing an order.

Returns

We accept returns on most new, unused merchandise within 30 days of the delivery date.

To qualify for a return:

  • The item must be unused and in its original condition.
  • The item must be returned in its original packaging whenever possible.
  • Proof of purchase is required.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Used knives
  • Knives that have been sharpened or modified after purchase
  • Custom or personalized products
  • Gift cards
  • Clearance or final sale items
  • Products showing signs of misuse or abuse

Knife Sharpening Services

Knife sharpening is considered a professional service. Once a knife has been sharpened, the service is complete and is non-refundable.

If you believe we made an error while servicing your knife, please contact us immediately. Customer satisfaction is important to us, and we will work with you to resolve any legitimate issues.

Used Knives

Used knives are sold as-is unless otherwise stated in the product description. We carefully inspect every used knife before listing it for sale and accurately describe its condition.

Please review all photos and descriptions carefully before purchasing.

Future Trade-In Program

Get To The Point LLC may offer knife trade-ins in the future. Trade-in values will be determined based on the knife’s make, model, condition, and current market value.

Trade-in offers are final once accepted.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

Please include:

  • Your order number
  • Photos of the item
  • Photos of the shipping box (if damaged)

We’ll work quickly to resolve the issue with a replacement, exchange, or refund when appropriate.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless:

  • We shipped the incorrect item.
  • The item arrived damaged.
  • The product is defective.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you of the outcome.

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Depending on your bank or credit card company, refunds may take 5–10 business days to appear.

Order Cancellations

Orders may be canceled before they have shipped. Once an order has been shipped, it must follow the return process outlined above.
