 Local Customers: Safely wrap your knives in a heavy towel, secure them in a box or bag, and clearly label them with your Name and Phone Number.

 Mail-In Customers: Securely pack your tools (bubble wrap is highly recommended) and include a note inside the box with your return address, email, and phone number.

Step 2: Drop Off or Mail In

 Local Drop-Off: Bring your securely wrapped items to our designated contactless drop-off spot at [Insert Your Address Here]. Drop-off is secure and available M-Sun 24/7

Step 3: Precision Sharpening & Return

We get to work restoring your edges using professional, precision equipment.

 Locals: We will text or call you as soon as your items are ready for contactless pick-up.

 Mail-Ins: Once finished, we securely pack your tools and ship them right back to your door, emailing you a tracking number immediately.
