Accepted Knives
We sharpen most kitchen knives, pocket knives, hunting knives, outdoor knives, and other common cutting tools.
We reserve the right to decline any knife that is unsafe, excessively damaged, or unsuitable for sharpening.
Shipping Your Knives
Customers using our mail-in sharpening service are responsible for securely packaging their knives to prevent damage during shipping.
We recommend using blade guards or cardboard blade covers and packing knives so they cannot move inside the package.
Turnaround Time
Most sharpening orders are completed within 3–5 business days after we receive your knives. During busy periods, processing times may be longer.
Payment
Payment is required before return shipment unless other arrangements have been made.
Return Shipping
Completed orders will be shipped to the address provided during checkout. Customers are responsible for providing an accurate shipping address.
Knife Condition
Many knives arrive with existing scratches, chips, broken tips, rust, or other wear.
While we take every reasonable precaution, sharpening cannot restore every knife to factory condition, and some cosmetic wear may remain after service.
Customer Responsibility
By submitting a knife for sharpening, you confirm that you are the lawful owner or have permission from the owner to request sharpening services.
Satisfaction
If you believe there is an issue with the sharpening service you received, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. We are committed to providing excellent customer service and will work with you to resolve legitimate concerns.
